Hometown Hootenanny: Heroes and Outlaws
Hear tales of heroism and dirty deeds as the KXA Classic Country Hometown Hootenanny salutes "Heroes and Outlaws" on Saturday, Nov. 8, 2014, at the Wagner Performing Arts Center in Monroe.
The Hometown Band's song choices include "The Only Hell Mama Ever Raised," "Modern Day Bonnie & Clyde," "Who's Gonna Fill Their Shoes?" and "Unsung Heroes."
Guest artists include fan favorite Jesse Taylor, a real-life singing cowboy from Arlington, and the northwest folk duo The Winterlings.
KXA morning deejay Stitch Mitchell will emcee the evening's entertainment.
The Hometown Hootenanny is a family-friendly event, presenting live music and a variety of entertainers in a classic venue in Monroe.
Free parking is available adjacent to the auditorium, located at 639 W. Main St. in Monroe.
