Patrick Dougherty in the Garden Reception
Join us for a special preview evening of an original sculpture created by Patrick Dougherty. From November 3-21, Dougherty will be creating a one-of-a-kind sculptural work in the heart of McBryde Garden of the National Tropical Botanical Garden. This artwork, created over 17 days, uses invasive plant species and through the assistance of volunteers, staff, and community members.
Reception is from 4pm - 6:30pm.
Included in the ticket for this event: Parking at the NTBG Southshore Gardens Visitor Center, transportation into Lawai Valley and McBryde Garden, an opportunity to experience the new Biodiversity Trail, music by the Kauai Community College Jazz Band, wine, and pupus by The Greenery Café.
The artist will be in attendance.
