CenterPoint Human Services Provider Fair will be held on Friday, November 21, 2014 at Goodwill Industries of Northwest NC, Inc. at 2701 University Parkway in Winston-Salem, NC, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. We are inviting our first 50 contracted providers to set up an information booth for that Friday. One (1) table and two chairs will be set up for each Agency to exhibit/showcase their services. Space is limited and you must RSVP. Note: LIP practices will be required to share a table and be provided with one chair each. To RSVP, simply follow the link provided and complete the registration form. A confirmation email will be sent after your RSVP is received.
