The Deer Creek Chorale Presents the Brahm's German Requiem
The Deer Creek Chorale will present its Spring Concert, featuring the Brahms German Requiem and seasonal music, directed by guest conductor Dr. Henry Chen. Tickets are available with adult, senior or student/child pricing. The concert is part of the St. James Concert Series, sponsored by St. James Episcopal Church in Monkton, MD.
The Deer Creek Chorale, led by Music Director Martha Banghart, is a unique inter-generational chorus serving the greater Baltimore and southern Pennsylvania communities. Past events have included choral performances in China and at Carnegie Hall, and a benefit conducted by Randall Stroope that raised over $25,000 for building schools through Greg Mortenson's (Three Cups of Tea) Central Asia Institute.
