Pure Pleasures: A Winemaker Dinner with Giorgio Rivetti

The essence of Italy, in two orientations: the elegance and magnificence of Piedmont in the north, and the power and gusto of Tuscany in the center. In each of these regions, the wines of La Spinetta's Giorgio Rivetti are revered, sought out, adored.

These are splendidly rich, graceful, intense wines, from organically grown grapes, biodynamically farmed. There is an exceptional purity and length to all of them. They coddle and expand the present moment, but also age tremendously gracefully. They are wines to fall in love with.

On the human side, you'll love Giorgio personally. He is a true master of his craft, a wealth of information, fantastically outgoing and inviting. We are proud and grateful to have him with us.

Food, from Rosemont chef Brad Messier, will be as exciting and soul-satisfying as the wines. We will design the full dinner menu to pair beautifully with the wines. This will surely be a night to remember!
