A "Chautauqua" is a First-Person Interactive 'live' presentation of the life of a famous person. There is no script, only as much information on a person's world and body of thought as the presenter can acquire. G.Robin Smith has been successfully presenting "Dr. Benjamin Franklin" for many years. "Ben" has been seen in Texas, Hawaii, Washington DC, Oregon and Washington. This hour and a half presentation (appropriate for all audiences 8 yes to adult) 'spills the beans' on Ben's childhood, education, travels, mistakes and many successes in becoming the most famous American, the most feared American, the most generous American and the most often printed American.
Especially enjoyable is the portion of the evening when the Audience gets to ask questions of this Founding Grandfather. Be it about Ben's stormy relationship with John Adams, or how he would feel about Net Neutrality, Ben has a response.
