We have rooms on hold at the Birmingham Express Snow Hill hotel, which is in the centre of Birmingham, a 10min walk from the Christmas Market. The AGM itself will be held on Saturday 6 December from around 11am-6pm at the Birmingham Cypriot community centre followed by a whole day at Cadbury World on Sunday 7 December.
We have a number of ticket options for people based on their availability:
1. Regular AGM ticket - £82. This includes:
+ entry to the conference on the Saturday 6 December
+ lunch and dinner on the Saturday and breakfast on the Sunday
+ 1 night's accommodation on the Saturday
+ excursion to Cadburyworld on Sunday 7 December (£15)
2. AGM ticket without Sunday Cadburyworld excursion - £67. This includes:
+ entry to the conference on the Saturday
+ lunch and dinner on the Saturday and breakfast on the Sunday
+ 1 night's accommodation on the Saturday
3. AGM ticket Saturday only, no accomodation - £20 (or £35 including Cadburyworld ticket). This includes:
+ entry to the conference on the Saturday
+ lunch and dinner on the Saturday
+ Entry to Cadburyworld if you pay £35 as opposed to £20
