Saturday 230pm -330 pm
Improvisation & Musicality:
This class is a theory/interactive class where dancers learn how music is constructed and how it applies to jazz dance and lindy.  Dancers will learn to improvise musically to various breaks in music, horn sections, and learn how to anticipate the next section of a song without actually knowing the song.  If you've ever wanted to know how to improve your musicality in solo jazz or lindy, this is the class for you.

Saturday 345 pm -445 pm
Tap:
Tap dance is an American art form of dance characterized by using the sounds of tap shoes striking the floor as a form of percussion.  In this class dancers will learn the basics of tap dance and a short routine utilizing all of the skills learned as well as incorporating various jazz movements.

Saturday 500 pm -600 pm
Jazz
This class will focus on learning and combining the techniques of various styles of jazz dance including but not limited to Fosse, vernacular jazz, and modern jazz.  Dancers will gain a better understanding of body alignment, fluidity of movement, and foot work.  Many of these techniques can be applied to lindy.

Sunday 430 pm - 530 pm
Hip-Hop
Hip-hop is a street dance that has turned in to a cultural phenomenon!  This class will teach basics of hip-hop while working on rhythm, precision, and muscle memory.  Skill combinations and choreography are also learned to various genres of hip-hop including R&B, house, and pop.

Sunday 530pm -630 pm
Crossover Routine:
This is a fun class where dancers get to learn a routine that utilizes various forms of dance with an emphasis on musicality.  The music will be a crossover between lindy and hip hop but the dance will focus on multiple dance genres including lindy, hip-hop, jazz, and other forms of dance.  If you're looking for an exciting and fun class this is the one for you!
