Songs of the season, a little laughter, and the company of good friends all make for a great beginning to your holiday celebrations. Join Windy City Gay Chorus and Windy City Treble Quire for a Chicago tradition: our 36th annual holiday concert, "Don We Now..."
Under the direction of Artistic Director Paul Caldwell, "Don We Now..." will be full of a diverse and classy mix of familiar and unique musical selections. Sure to warm your heart for the winter and get you in the mood to celebrate the joys of the season, this concert is the perfect way to kick off the holidays.
Windy City Performing Arts is also proud to support the efforts of Care for Real by collecting toy donations at this concert. This organization helps to ensure that over 800 children (representing all ages, including teens) from families in need will have a wonderful holiday. If you would like to donate, please bring new, unwrapped toys so that families have the opportunity to choose the right present for their children.
Celebrating 36 Lyrical Years, Windy City Performing Arts is Chicago's premier LGBTQ choral arts organization encompassing Windy City Gay Chorus and Windy City Treble Quire. Windy City Performing Arts celebrates diversity, honors creativity and cultivates pride through the transformative power of music and the arts.
Performances are Saturday December 6 at 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. at Ebenezer Lutheran Church -- 1650 W. Foster Avenue, in Chicago's Andersonville neighborhood.
