Just in time for the holidays, Chef Terry Millie will be offering a cheesecake workshop at his new café in Mission Farms, Cafe Virgo & Bakery

Chef Terry is owner and creator of Cowtown Cheesecake, Kansas City's "Most Indulged Cheesecake."

Chef Terry will offer not only his recipes but a demo & instruction for delicious cheesecakes to serve during the holidays along with cheesecake shooters and various toppings. You will learn the history of cheesecakes along with some of the basics and of course the chefs secrets for producing the perfect cheesecake.

Just imagine experiencing a sweet potato cheesecake that the First Lady of United States enjoyed while she was in Kansas City along with other holiday flavors. The Roasterie Coffee will be served along with Cowtown Cheesecake, of course.

The cost is $30 for SF members and $35 for nonmembers.

Workshop is limited to 25
