Join wine expert Brad Owen for an evening of wine education, focusing on Cabernet Sauvignon, the most popular red wine variety in California! Through in depth lecture and tasting, this class will explore how the different areas of California change the flavor and perception of this noble grape. Participants will taste their way through Napa Valley, Sonoma County and move through Paso Robles, the Sierra Foothills and the Santa Ynez Valley.
