The Joy of Cheese Presents Holiday Ales and Cheeses to Match
Many of the best breweries do seasonal beers around the holidays and at our next tasting we will sample the best ones in the best context possible, with cheeses to match! Please join us Tuesday December 8 at 7 at d.b.a Brooklyn, 113 N. 7th St. (in Williamsburg, one and a half blocks west of the Bedford Avenue stop on the L train) for a presentation of seven holiday ales and seven fantastic cheeses chosen to match. I'll talk about the cheese. Ray Deter will talk about the beer. Tickets are $20.
Following the tasting we will have the first annual Joy of Cheese Christmas bash.
