Opelika / Auburn, AL
Share this event:

Hosted by the Alabama Sustainable Agriculture Network (ASAN), the Regional Food & Farm Forums aim to open the floor for rich dialogue, knowledge-sharing, and relationship-building across ASAN's network.  The East Alabama Regional Forum is hosted in conjunction with the Auburn Real Food Challenge.

WHO IS ASAN?
The Alabama Sustainable Agriculture Network (ASAN) is a grassroots network of small and sustainably minded farmers, consumers, entrepreneurs, and advocates, working together to build a healthier, more resilient, and more democratic food system in Alabama.  We tackle that in a wide variety of ways, including events like the Regional Forums; farm tours and workshops; consumer resources like local food guides; regular print and email newsletters that educate as well as amplify event announcements and success stories from throughout Alabama; and more. You can learn more at: http://asanonline.org and on Facebook.

Whether you're a farmer looking for a community of peers, or a supporter looking to do more to spur the improvement of Alabama's food system, please join ASAN today!  (See MEMBERSHIP below.)

WHO IS THE AUBURN REAL FOOD CHALLENGE?
The Auburn Real Food Challenge is a group of students, working with faculty and administrators, to bring more real food on campus and in the community.
