A Taste of Mexico
Enjoy learning the history and preparation of traditional Latin family recipes!
Classes taught by Lizette Flores, WSU Extension Hispanic Outreach Coordinator.
Class schedule:
November 4, 6:00-7:30 PM: Salsa Roja, Salsa Verde, Guacamole and corn tortillas. The corn tortilla preparation will provide a hands-on opportunity for participants.
November 18, 6:00-7:30 PM: Mole and Sweet Mole
December 2, 6:00-7:30 PM: Mole and Salsa Verde Tamales
Each class will include a demonstration on how to prepare each recipe, a sample of the recipe for each participant, and a recipe to take home!

If you take a look at the drop-down box, there are two "Nov 4" dates. One is actually to pay for all 3 classes, and the other is for the November 4 class only. If you've chosen the one for all 3 dates, the price should come up as $60. Thanks! |
