Open Kitchen's Festive Holiday Cork & Fork
Join Chef Katie during our Festive Holiday Cork & Fork! Grab your friends and head to Open Kitchen for some good fun and great food with Chef Katie. During our Cork & Fork Friday event you'll have the chance to participate in an interactive Chef's demonstration of several small plates paired with a tasting of wines. You'll get recipes for the dishes served, plus tips and tricks from the Chef for easy entertaining, cooking techniques, wine education, and more!
On the Menu: Seared Beef Tenderloin Crostini with Chive-Horseradish Cream Cornmeal Blinis with Smoked Salmon and Citrus Crema Stuffed Mushrooms with Roasted Shallots and Goat Cheese Pate a Choux Two Ways: Savory Three-Cheese Gougeres with Prosciutto & Spiced Dark Chocolate Cream Puffs
This class requires a minimum of TEN STUDENTS so if you are interested, please invite your friends and family to join you! If we do not meet the minimum students, the class will be cancelled and a refund issued.
