Beer Event Planning: Safe, Legal, Fun, Profitable
With all the beer events popping up, it is getting hard to "stand above the rest" when it comes to creating a truly memorable beer-related experience. Creating an event plan that, when perfectly executed, causes attendees to go "Wow, that was great!" is the hallmark of a great planner. As well, every event has the potential not just to fail from poor planning and execution, but to risk genuine disaster due to the nature of complexity involved in alcohol-related events.
Those responsible for organizing alcohol-related events bear the weight of success or failure, and they also bear responsibility for attendee safety, legal compliance, protection of the host facility from accidental and intentional damage, and a wide range of other liability issues. The Siebel Institute "Beer Event Planning: Safe, Legal, Fun, Profitable" seminar has been designed to help event organizers design and conduct beer festivals, food & beer promotions, thematic tastings and large-scale events involving beer service with minimal fuss and maximal results.
Created and presented by Gary Valentine, over the short 4-hour duration of this presentation attendees will learn a "point-by-point" approach to the design and execution of a successful event plan. Using an extensive custom-designed checklist format, the content will guide you from the formative stages of creating the event to the forensic evaluation of the successes and complications of its completion.
This is an excellent presentation for those involved in planning beer or alcohol-related events, including:
Restaurant and bar managers Professional event coordinators and promoters Beer festival organizers Beer distributors and wholesalers Brewery sales and event coordination staff "Event security" companies looking to specialize in alcohol-related events
