Dramatic License Productions presents the regional premiere of Tina Howe's magical dramedy about love, art and reignited passions.
Polly, a former photographer and her husband, an aging actor, are on the verge of being evicted from their NY loft because of his obsessive/compulsive disorder and hoarding. In what appears to be a fantasy come to life, the famous painter Rembrandt himself, in full period costume, unwittingly steps "through the looking glass" to teach us all a lesson in reigniting one's passion for love and art.
Don't pass up the chance to see this rarely-produced, touching and very funny regional premiere by Tina Howe, directed by Washington University's Annamaria Pileggi. Starring: John Contini*, Kim Furlow & Greg Johnston
Performances Friday & Saturday at 8pm, Sunday at 2pm Special preview performance Thursday, Oct. 23 at 8pm-all seats $18 THIS NIGHT ONLY!
