Cindy Miller, is an eclectic performer, acting and singing impressions and her ability to improvise,scat sing and do comedy, have delighted audiences across the United States.
She has performed with jazz greats flutist Hubert Laws, guitarist Gene Bertoncini; world famous vibraphonist, Peter Appleyard and many appearances the the Gap Mangione Big Band, Benny Goodman Tribute Band, Central NY Jazz Ensemble. She has been a guest soloist with the Utica Symphony Orchestra and the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra.
Cindy performed for actress Meryl Streep when Ms. Streep received the George Eastman Award for Distinguished Contribution to the Art of Film. Cindy also performed at the New York State Fair and was guest soloist at the 2004 and 2005 International Marine Tattoo.
Her New York City appearances include The Blue Note with Gap and Chuck Mangione, Brooklyn School of the Performing Arts, Metropolitan Museum of Art and Danny's Skylight Room. She was the musical and artistic director for over 15 Broadway regional show productions.
She is schedule to do a performance at the Golisano Childrens Hospital Fund Raising Gala on March 7th in Naples. She was requested to perform by Mr.Golisano, after seeing her perform in The Downstairs Cabaret,in Rochester, NY. They are both part time residence of Rochester, NY.
