FOOD, FABRIC AND PHOTOGRAPHY
Welcome to the Micro-Fest, a three-day burst of progressive performance and events from the UK and Europe spread across the city of Bristol.
FOOD, FABRIC AND PHOTOGRAPHY A Discussion with Motley Collective and Daboes, the visual artists and artisan chefs behind Cuisine and Colour, on inspiration via collaboration.
Da Boes ('good food' in Cornish) is a company who celebrate local, seasonal food. Da Boes have been collaborating with local artisan food producers, inspirational chefs, emerging artists and musicians, to create the most extraordinary and intimate dining experiences that they are capable of. By the very nature of their work process, each event is guaranteed to be unique and different from the last. Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/daboes.co.uk Twitter: @da_boes
Motley are a visual arts company who produce bold imagery that explores the impact of colour when applied to the human body. Motley work with photographers and creatives in a process led way to develop the techniques by which they can apply colour. Motley combine menu ideas into their artwork for each Cuisine+Colour event, and work with Da Boes to understand how colour can become a food that upturns traditional dining etiquette.
