One of a kind knock-out performer and a true American music treasure, Maria Muldaur is known worldwide for her Grammy-nominated'74 mega-hit "Midnight at the Oasis," Her hits are enshrined forever in the hearts of Baby Boomers - Songs like "I'm A Woman (W-O-M-A-N)" and "Don't You Touch my Leg." But Maria is not a one hit phenomenon. Recent nominations for current recordings include Album of the Year, Blues Female Artist of the Year, and the Koko Taylor award. These reiterate her consistent delivery of great music and entertainment. Her career is prolific, filled with awards, a real journey through American roots from blues/rock to jug band music and gospel, as well as cooperative projects with everyone from Bonny Raitt to Marcia Ball.
