Third Annual Spirits of New York
The only event featuring Spirits exclusively made in New York.
Slow Food NYC and New York Distilling Company are pleased to collaborate on the third annual Spirits of New York Event featuring spirits made in New York, with most ingredients grown and produced in New York or, otherwise, fair/direct traded.
Selected regional producers' beverages: vodka, gin, shine, white brandy, rye, Bourbon, and jack will be served up neat and in tantalizing, season and place-inspired cocktails for truly local libation. This is your opportunity to taste some of the best booze in the state and also meet their makers.
Participating distillers include: The Adirondack Distilling Company, Barrow's Intense Ginger Liqueur, Black Dirt Distillery, Breuckelen Distilling, Greenhook Ginsmiths, Jack from Brooklyn, Kas Spirits, Nahmias et Fils, The Noble Experiment, Van Brunt Stillhouse, and White Pike Whiskey/Fingerlakes Distilling.
Local, artisanal spirits producers are at the forefront of an exciting revolution: re-invigorating small scale, regional spirits production and helping build vibrant, local farm, and food economies by supporting local farmers and creating local jobs... and doing so deliciously.
