Women's Self Defense with Instructor: Lini Lieberman-Erich, A Gualala Arts Workshop on Saturday, January 16, 2010, 9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
This self-defense class is all about empowerment. The skills, tools and information presented will open your eyes to the simplicity of preventing a possibly dangerous situation from occurring as well as the ease of performing self-defense techniques. Physics rather than strength make self defense possible for everyone regardless of their physical condition. Have you ever considered a cane, walking staff or hiking poles as a self-defense tool? Come check it out.
