Gina Salá Open Heart Open Voice Voice Workshop Sunday, Sept 21, 2014 2:00-4:00 pm
All welcome, in this transformative workshop. Our voices are healing instruments of connection and joy, an authentic expression of the heart. Discover pleasure and freedom through your voice with sound yoga including mantra, nada yoga, vocal practices from east and west, raga intro and kirtan.
Gina Salá is a musician, teacher, performer and healer who began chanting at the age of 3 during her childhood years living in an ashram. Gina's engaging personality, voice and wealth of experiences have led her from Himalayan huts to programs at the United Nations, as lead singer for Cirque du Soleil, and beyond. With warmth, humor and devotion, she offers empowering, transformative, heart opening workshops, private sessions and retreats (Maui, Mexico and India) where people experience the power and pleasure of their voice in their body and in the world.
