Silks and Pole put together!
Start with some fun stretching to warm up with the silks and then experience "flying" around the pole! Just a taste of what to expect in a Fab Pole Workshop.
Taught by Gina and Mary Ellyn
Gina has been training, teaching and performing circus arts since 2001. Her primary focus is aerials including trapeze, rope, silks & lyra.
Mary Ellyn has been training in pole dance since 2004 and teaching since 2005.
Together they have completed the Fab Pole Basic through Advanced teacher training program.
