Slow Food Kansas City Presents Bubbly 101
Join Wine Guy, Professor Bubbly, George Vesel,
for a Slow Food Kansas City fund-raiser.
He'll guide you through the sometimes perplexing, but always satisfying world of bubbly, sparkling, Sekt, Cava, Spumante, Champagne.
We'll talk about the history of bubbly, the grapes, the types and the regions
and sample a dozen or more bubblies, including, yes, French Champagne.
It'll be bubblelicious!
We'll enjoy appetizers during reception and have bread during the tasting.
