Northfield Arts Guild is proud to present the 55th Theater Season!

NOTE: If you print out the Season Ticket for individual shows, the date will reflect the season opening date of Oct. 24, 2014 and not the date of the show you selected. Your confirmation email will list the exact dates you chose.
The Addams Family
This musical reincarnation of the famous cartoon, television and Addams Family movie is spooky fun just in time for the Halloween season! With book by Marshall Brickman and Rick Elice (Jersey Boys) and music and lyrics by Andrew Lippa (The Wild Party), this new adaptation proves that even the 'first family of spooky' has the same concerns as every parent! Join us as we kick-off our exciting 55th Season with this crowd-pleasing hit musical.
Inspecting Carol
Its A Christmas Carol meets The Inspector General! Most non-profit theaters know the necessity of producing the annual holiday show to pay the bills for the rest of the season, and the theater company in this raucous play is no different! While preparing simultaneously for their annual production of A Christmas Carol and a visit from the National Endowment for the Arts granting representative, hilarity ensues with set malfunctions, casting snafus and mistaken identities. If we weren't laughing, we'd be crying! Ring in the holidays with us as we look at the outrageously funny behind-the-scenes experiences of a non-profit theater company!
August Osage County
Winner of the 2008 Pulitzer Prize for Drama and Tony Award for Best Play, this play tells the story of the tumultuous Weston family as they near the most epic of family meltdowns. Described by the New York Times as "Fiercely funny and bitingly sad" this play truly runs the gamut of emotions. Both funny and, at times, uncomfortably in your face, the audience won't be able to help getting caught up in this family's drama. This show is intended for an adult audience.
Oliver!
Based on the Charles Dicken's novel, this musical theater classic is fun for the whole family! Come along on the exciting adventures of Oliver, a boy trying to survive on the streets of London early in the twentieth century. Audiences will recognize the beautiful and often touching score, including the musical theater classics "Consider Yourself," "As Long As He Needs Me," and "Where Is Love?".
Macbeth
"Double, double toil and trouble!" Witches, ghosts, prophesies, scheming, murder and war this classic supernatural play has it all! Perhaps one of the most well-known Shakespearean tragedies, the "Scottish Play" is exciting, action-driven, classic theater at its best. Join us for this exciting tale in Northfield's beautiful Central Park.
