#FirmoftheFuture - A Meaningful Discussion Between Generations
Millennials now outnumber Baby Boomers, and by 2025 they will represent 75% of the workforce. We're asking you to discuss with us a pressing question How can different generations work together to progress our industry amidst changing times? Be a part of the open-forum discussion on how the industry should be looking at knowledge transfer and leadership transition. We're all in this together.
The presentation and discussion will be led by the AIA Middle TN Emerging Professionals Committee and will include interviews from a variety of local architects and designers.
