Cider Week Farm-Style Prix Fixe Dinner with Steve Wood of Farnum Hill Cider

Join Steve Wood of Farnum Hill and friends from Eden Ice Ciders for a three-course food and 6-cider pairing menu.

This Cider Makers' food pairing prix fixe dinner will offer up both vegetarian and meat options that will be passed around farm/family-style and paired with six ciders chosen from Eden's and Farnum Hill's portfolio.

Steve will be leading the dinner, with lots of cider chat and great cider pours.

Courses to include (subject to change):

*1st course - Assorted Toasts: crimini mushroom, Flying Pigs Farm lardo, and Camembert with pear
*2nd course - Roasted Brussels sprouts served with a choice of cider-braised pulled pork, Hudson Valley duck with a cider reduction sauce, or faro Risotto from a local grain producer
*3rd course - Baked apples

Each course will be paired with two different ciders

We start promptly at 7 p.m. Latecomers may not be able to repeat a course. All sales are final.
