An Evening of Women & Wine with The Surge - WINE TASTING ONLY

What:

A wine tasting event in support of The Rain City Surge's international tournament fund! Participants will enjoy up to 12 different wine experiences at the event - generous tasting pours of some of the northwest's most innovative red and white wines! Not only do we promise plenty of savory sips, we also promise a fantastic evening complete with sensory surprises that will make you yearn for more. Oh yeah, baby: women, soccer and wine - a winning combination!

The Surge will be representing Seattle and the USA at the Gay Games in Cologne, Germany during the summer of 2010. Help us get there!

If you like what you taste, score a bottle (or more!) of the unique Surge Label Wines available at Castle Bridge Winery! Go ahead, stock your wine cellar with a few special bottles of limited-edition Surge Label Wine.

It's a good thing!

All proceeds from this event, including a percentage of all Surge wine purchases and the $20 per person entry ticket, will go *directly* to The Surge's Germany Fund!

Lastly:

When we're not busy raising money for this tournament, we fill our time doing great things for the community. We've raised money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, worked with Lambert House events, & volunteered for various projects like AIDS walks, helping the Lesbian Archives, etc. If you've got a project that needs help, let us know.
