Courtney Howard

Civil Engineer and Cal Poly graduate who led the development of an Integrated Regional Water Management Plan and Master Water Report for the SLO County region, and participated in the development of a Groundwater Management Plan and Groundwater Banking Study for the Paso Robles Groundwater Basin.

You have a choice of three entrees. You select your entree by buying a corresponding ticket for that entree at this event.

Your meal will include your entree choice, rolls and butter, coffee, tea or iced tea, and a dessert.

When you purchase a ticket, please remember to select the ticket choice that corresponds with your menu choice below:

1. Chopped Romaine Salad with Grilled Chicken: tossed with apple, corn, beans, red onion, roasted poblanos, cotija, cilantro, tortilla strips; Dijon dressing on the side

2. Salmon with Cucumber Relish: baked salmon with cucumber relish on the side, served with rice pilaf and fresh vegetables

3. Mediterranean Roasted Vegetable Sandwich with sun dried roasted tomato hummus and roasted vegetables, olives & capers on focaccia, served with rice pilaf

Again, choose your ticket based on your menu choice.

$21, includes tax, tip, and Brown Paper Ticket processing fee
