From Body Image to Masturbation: Love Your Body Every Which Way
These days we're constantly being told to "love ourselves," and for good reason: doing so lets you experience more pleasure in the bedroom and out. Yet self-love and appreciation, whether it's celebrating your body, pleasuring yourself, or giving yourself permission to accept pleasure from others, is easier said than done. In this workshop we'll explore three forms of self-lovebody image, self-esteem, and masturbationand how to enhance each of them so you can experience more satisfaction every day. You'll leave feeling more appreciative of your body and the pleasure you experience through it.
