Molecular Cuisine Night
Come join us to explore "Molecular Gastronomy" - where science meets food!
We'll learn to combine natural ingredient food additives to change the texture, shape, and appearance of the foods we love while preserving the taste we expect.
You will discover fun ways to get kids to try different foods, throw a hit cocktail party, or show off at the next family get-together!
The menu will be:
Jelly French 75 Cocktail
Smoked mozzarella with Cabernet Threads Small Plate
Dippin Dots Dessert
We'll each create a single portion of each menu item. Plan to photograph it and eat it, or bring a take home container. (Please note if anyone is under 21, we'll have a juice alternative for the cocktail.)
