Broadway's Greatest Duets Make Up Dynamic Duo Starring Patti Gallagher and Mark Almy
Both Patti Gallagher and Mark Almy have extensive experience in musical theater as well as opera. Mark, who studied throughout the world, has taught at some of the most prestigious institutes in the country and is currently on the staff at College Of The Desert. His performing credits include over 100 roles in opera and musical theater including several Palm Canyon Theater productions earning a DTL Award for Spamalot, and nominations this year for The Sound Of Music and Les Miserables, and another DTL Award for the lead role in COD's Jekyll and Hyde. Patti won a scholarship to Denver University earning a BA in Opera Performance. But her heart has always been in musical theater and has played leads in such shows as Carousel, Wonderful Town, Pal Joey, Man Of La Mancha, The Music Man, and The King And I. In 2000 she was crowned Ms. Senior America which took her on a tour throughout the US. In the last few years she's been starring in her own one-woman cabaret shows around the desert. Musical director Paul Cracchiolo has been involved in professional productions in the desert for more than 15 years, winning many awards and is in much demand for his music, writing, producing, and directing skills.
