October Las Vegan Eatz Limited Dinner at Botero

Our second Las Vegan Eatz Limited Dinner Event will be held at the beautiful Botero Restaurant in The Encore. The Limited Events are smaller gatherings where we enjoy special menus, settings, and the opportunity to get to know one another on a much deeper level. Our October event will be limited to 16 people and we will enjoy a custom, 5-Course Vegan Tasting Menu from Chef Mark LoRusso:

Heirloom Tomato Gazpacho - cilantro, extra-virgin olive oil
Grilled Peach Panzanella Salad - red onion, balsamic
Brown Rice Spaghetti - creamy avocado, basil
Crispy Tofu Loin - ratatouille, broccolini
Chocolate Crème Pie - Hazelnut crust, cranberry compote, whipped cream, hazelnut tuile

Let us enjoy one another and a fabulous meal amidst the wondrous artwork of Colombian artist, Fernando Botero. This will be a very special evening together. The cost is $94.00 per person which includes the meal, tip, and tax. Bar items are not included. This will be an event you will not want to miss.
