BlocktoberFest (Double Header!)
Ending the season with a BANG, the Jacksonville Roller Girls present their double header BlocktoberFest, Saturday October 17th. First the Duval Derby Dames take on Tallahassee's Jail Break Betties, then the New Jax City Rollers challenge Charlotte, North Carolina. The bodies hit the floor at 6:00pm, doors open at 5:30pm at Jax Ice and Sports Plex, 3605 Phillips Hwy (I95 and Emerson), 904.309.2770. Tickets are $10 in advance and $12 at the door, and can be purchased here online, at Jax Ice and Sports Plex or your favorite roller derby girl. Roller Derby is rated M for mature due to blood, sweat, rears and tears.
