The Iconic Dinner v.4
Join chef, artist, and Modernist Cuisine co-author Maxime Bilet as he and the Imagine Food Culinary Team take you on a journey through their interpretations of iconic dishes from the great chefs that have shaped American food culture as we know it today.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m. with a glass of bubbles and small bites. The trip through the evolution of food begins at 7:00.
**Limited to 15 guests.**
Ticket prices include a 12-course meal, wine, gratuity, and tax.
To comply with Washington food laws, we can only serve dinners at private events to members. Free membership is obtained by joining our mailing list. You will be enrolled with the email address you provide when purchasing, and may unsubscribe at any point. Thank you!
