C-CAP LA Official Preview of Neal Fraser's Redbird

Join C-CAP LA for The Official preview event at Chef Neal Fraser's much-anticipated restaurant located in the rectory of Vibiana Cathedral downtown.

Cocktail Party: Join us for cocktail party at 6 p.m. featuring Dungeness crab with curried cauliflower flan, popcorn shrimp with yuzu kosho aïoli, vegetable spring rolls in black sesame soy paper with miso ginger sauce, and truffle grilled cheese sandwiches with Beef Tartare.
Tickets $50, Valet parking($15) will be available.

Tasting Menu Dinner: Following the cocktail party with dinner at 7:30 p.m. and a tour of Redbird, and feast on kale salad with farro, Delicata squash, Parmesan and lemon zest, braised beef short ribs with black garlic polenta and succotash, and an exquisite tarte hand-crafted by Redbird's pastry chef. Tickets $175, Valet parking($15) will be available.

Guests also have the option to join us for Dinner & tour only and enjoy the delectable tasting dinner above and a tour of Redbird. Tickets $150, Valet parking ($15) will be available.
