Dillon Vado & the Table Trio
Come enjoy a night of original tunes, and original arrangements featuring a lesser explored instrumentation, the Vibes trio. Dillon has a strong emphasis on groove in his writing and arranging, balancing complexity with an organic sensibility. Expect to hear influences from Brazilian music, the blues, and lots of spontaneous and fun improvisation from the entire group. Featuring Dillon Vado on vibraphone, Jeff Denson on bass and Alan Hall on drums.
Dillon Vado is a young jazz musician who lives and plays around the SF Bay Area. He recently won first place in Living Jazz's, Jazz Search West competition and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Music Degree from the California Jazz Conservatory.
