BeatleFest2014
Mendocino Stories and Music Series proudly announces BeatleFest 2014 with Beatles songs from the early years through the solo careers. Two nights of amazing music at the Hill House of Mendocino on Friday and Saturday, October 10 & 11. Acoustic opening set at 7:30PM, followed by dance music.
The Beatles formed in Liverpool in 1960 and became widely regarded as the greatest and most influential act of the rock era. From beat and 1950s rock and roll, they experimented with many genres, ranging from pop ballads to psychedelic and hard rock, incorporating classical elements in innovative ways. These true gems in our musical lives will be brought to life by local musicians, gems in their own time.
The dynamic core band features Billy Schieve, Jamie Gilliam, Phil Dunn, and Johnny Bush, with Special Guests Jon Faurot, Richard Fienbop, Sherry Lea Jones, Marcus McCallen, Sue Sisk, Pattie DeMatteo, Mark Gauche, Denny Lunsford and more.
Doors open at 6PM with bistro menu and full bar. $25 reserved seating at a table, $20 general admission theater seating, $25 at the door if available. Tickets also available at Out of This World, Mendocino. More info by calling 707-937-1732.
