Matthews Estate Winemaker Dinner
Please join us for what is sure to be a fabulous showing of food and wine. Chef Nathan Crave along with chef/owners Eric and Sophie Banh will create the ultimate fall dinner:
Amuse- kumomoto oyster w/ smoked dill and compressed cucumber
1st course- seared sea scallop, yuzu, tonnemaker farms century pear
champagne
2nd course- grilled Idaho trout, roasted sweetcorn, fingerling potato and wild arugula and smoked bacon vinaigrette
Stillwater Creek Sauvignon Blanc
3rd course- 72 hour short rib, potato gnocchi, shaved fennel, orange and chicory
Columbia Valley Claret
4th course- grilled beef tongue, horseradish buttermilk, honeycrisp apple and parsnip salad
Columbia Valley Red Wine
5th- mangalitsa pork belly, fried quail eggs, and fresh syrah berry condiment
Columbia Valley Syrah
Dessert- braeburn apple pie w/ brown butter served w/ a vanilla cream cocktail
