About the performance: Moon Falling investigates the damage of society's pursuit for perfection and convenience on the planet and human bodies. The audience will bear witness to seven primary dancers as they unravel, expose, and interact with their environment, forcing viewers to examine their relationship to the continuous destruction of the planet.
About the company: The Three Yells was founded in 1999 by Lee-Baik to stimulate the imagination of the artist and observer and explore the unfamiliar with abandonment. Lee-Baik's work is driven by inclusion and experimentation with other art forms, as seen in her use of movement, music, spoken text, and strong visual design. Her distinct choreographic voice reflects her varied background by envisioning Western avant-garde styles through the prism of Asian aesthetics and traditions. www.thethreeyells.com
