Q&A
Question: |
I had a question regarding the new year's eve event. It says that there will be beer and wine there, however I do not see a wine list. Is there actually going to be wine there or just barley wine? I ask because I am allergic to wheat/gluten so I can't have most standard beer, but my friends are keen to attend the new year's eve event there. |
Answer: |
Great question! Our wine list is still being finalized, but I can tell you we will have up to six different varietals available for the three drinks included in the ticket price. Plus, should your heart desire it, there will be additional vino available (beyond your included three) for purchase. We will also have Cava (sparkling wine) available as one of your included drinks. |
|
Question: |
What bands do you have booked, or at least, what style? |
Answer: |
We will have a DJ from Tim Altbaum Productions inside playing dance music and a stage outside that will have a lively instrumental band (along the lines of a pop jazz band, of sorts). |
|
Question: |
Can my 14 and 17 year old children attend? |
Answer: |
The minimum age to attend the event is 21, so, unfortunately, your children may not attend. |
|
Question: |
Are you open before 8 for dinner? |
Answer: |
We will be open from 11:30 - 2:00pm for lunch service. We will shut our doors at 2 o'clock to prepare for the event, so from 2-8pm there will be no restaurant access or service. |
|
Question: |
Will the store inside the restaurant be open during the event? |
Answer: |
The store will not be open during the event. On New Year's Eve their operating hours will be from 11AM - 5PM |
|
Question: |
Who is sponsoring the cigar part of the event? Can we bring our own cigars?? |
Answer: |
The cigars are being sourced from a gentleman that 'Dr.' Bill Sysak generally orders from. There will be several options for purchase within the $10-14 range, but you are welcome to bring your own. |
|
Question: |
What is the maximum occupancy of the event? Can you order well drinks, or just beer & wine? How big is the cigar patio? Thank you! |
Answer: |
The maximum occupancy is 1,000 people. We do not have the license for a full bar, so we will have beer, wine, and Cava available. The cigar patio is our Movie Courtyard space, and can hold 200 people in a reception style format, so, definitely spacious. |
|
Question: |
Can you buy well drinks? |
Answer: |
We do not have the license for a full bar, so you cannot purchase well drinks. We will have beer, wine, and Cava available. |
|
Question: |
If there is rain, will there be any sort of covered outdoor area? Or will the event be limited to indoor space? |
Answer: |
If there is rain, we are anticipating on keeping the event inside. However, the forecast is predicting midday rain with a zero percent chance from 4pm onward. |
|
Question: |
It says the ticket includes 3 beers. Are additional pours available for purchase? |
Answer: |
Yes, there will absolutely be additional pours available for purchase! |
