Full Power Palak - Indian Vegetarian Cooking Course
Learn fundamental Indian cooking techniques, spice blends and authentic vegetarian cooking. We will be using seasonal British vegetables, and combining these with Indian spices for optimum taste, nutrition and digestion.
Dishes will include channa masala, two main vegetarian dishes, masala garlic rice, and we will finish with a sweet Indian dessert, halwa.
