Itinerary:
9am - 10:30am: Rainforest walk and wild mushroom/plant ID with wildcraft expert
10:30am - 11:30am - Mushroom cooking talk and tasting (lobster mushroom, califlower, hedgehog, lots of varieties you probably haven't tried before)
11:30-1pm - 3 Course lunch in a forest cabin
