After a day filled with new ideas, an evening meal provides the perfect setting for reflection and deliberation among newfound companions. Etsy hosts a family dinner following TEDxHudson, a fitting complement to the day's topics, all to support community programs at the Hudson Opera House. Come enjoy the best of the Hudson Valley's food and drink with chef and sustainable-farming advocate Alice Waters, the guest of honor. Her like-minded colleague Mona Talbott (of Talbott & Arding Cheese and Provisions opening on Warren Street this October) will curate a Rhineland biergarten-style feast of locally-grown fare, from sauerkraut to strudel. Join us for an evening of local food and stimulating conversation!
