Hay Fever by Noel Coward
Noel Coward's early, extremely funny "comedy of bad manners" portrays an artistic family--actress mother, novelist father, a precocious son and daughter. Each family member invites an age-inappropriate member of the opposite sex to the Bliss country house. As the weekend progresses, the hapless guests fall prey to the Bliss penchant for intricate parlor games, intrigue, and high drama. Effervescent, witty, and absolutely delightful.
