Magic Hat Beer Pairing Dinner
Halsted's Bar and Grill along with the Magic Hat Beer Company is proud to present a Halloween Themed Beer Dinner on Wednesday, October 28, 2009. Join us for this 5 course dinner featuring Pan Seared Sea Scallops with Curry-Apple Chutney, a Korean style grilled pork with Napa Cabbage, green onion, carrot and daikon Radish salad with ginger vinaigrette, a Beef Wellington with green pepper corn sauce, a Coriander Chicken with potatoe Croquet, and a Pumpkin Cheesecake with warm dulce de leche sauce. Each of these individual course will be served with their own special Magic Hat beer selection.
