The Barefoot house band, viol players Peter Hallifax & Julie Jeffrey are joined by Andrew Canepa, organist, in a program of English music from the early years of the 17th century. The first generation of music written by viol players for other virtuosi, including music by Giovanni Coperario, Christopher Simpson, William Lawes, and many more.
