Eating Oxford Institute: Flaming Desserts
Want to know how to make show-stopping, flaming desserts for family and friends?
In this class, Roland Schnider, executive chef of Locals Restaurant & Bar, will show you how easy it can be to make flaming desserts such as bananas foster, cherries jubilee and crepes Suzette in your own kitchen.
Sit back and watch or try it out for yourself. The class will take place in the exclusive downstairs area of Locals. Wine, non-alcoholic beverages and dessert samples are included in your ticket price.
