Lebanese filmmaker Marc Abi Racheds debut feature film tells a controversial tale of a teenager, Ali, whose life is turned upside down when he meets Souraya, a prostitute living with a gay man whose is threatened by a mobster, Jacques. A highly controversial film, Help has tested the boundaries of the Lebanese censors with its use of nudity and the raw and violent manner by which it explores social taboos.
